SHIPPING POLICY

Orders ship within 3 business days, sometimes sooner.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country’s taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with Pocktie and are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery. The value of your shipment is non-negotiable and must directly reflect the cost of the accessories. If you have questions about customs charges please contact your local customs office.

PROCESSING + DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed or shipped on US national holidays.

RETURNS

All returns must be in original condition. Request for return or exchange must be made within 14 days of the shipping date. Please email pocktie@gmail.com with your order information and a brief reason for your exchange and we will send you an approval number. We have the right to refuse returns that are not in original condition.

Your account will be credited within 15 business days of return receipt. You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time. All refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of Pocktie, or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, customers will be reimbursed for return shipping charges. Pocktie is not responsible for any return packages not received.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
